RPG Research actively supports diverse populations of people with neuro differences and disabilities. We advocate for accessibility and inclusiveness for all, especially those in under-served and unserved areas. We work with participants as young as 2 years old through senior adults. We offer many free programs at community centers, libraries, schools, parks, and other locations. We provide online programs and wheelchair-accessible mobile facilities equipped to provide stimuli-controlled environments, driven to various rural and remote areas throughout the state and country.

Our work to improve accessibility and advocate diverse people living with disabilities has led to successful programs with organizations such as Spark Central, EWU, Northeast Youth Center, Muscular Dystrophy Association, PBS, school districts, county and city libraries, universities, community centers, and many others, raising awareness and improving accessibility. We speak at events, panels, and talk shows advocating for accessibility considerations. These are also led to opportunities to provide training and free consultation helping organizations to improve their accessibility.

Our unique services have opened the doors to partner organizations such as SpoCon, an annual non-profit reading literacy and science fiction/fantasy convention with 1,000+ attendees, where we designed a comprehensive accessibility program. Our site audit of the venue, Double Tree Hotel, identified “pinch points” and other accessibility issues. We staffed accessibility tables and booths at the entrance and critical locations providing information, ASL, accessible maps, and hands-on help.

At the end of the event, participants with accessibility challenges reported SpoCon as "the most accessible convention they had ever attended.”
